A Michigan native and Heidelberg University alumna (Class of 2020), Judy is passionate about fostering entrepreneurial spirit in Seneca County. As the owner of Pan Yan Bookstore and a Marketing Specialist at the Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce and Destination Seneca County, she brings a unique blend of business acumen and community engagement to her role as Seneca CEO facilitator.
